Audio and Video Recording in All Texas Courtrooms

All courtrooms in the State of Texas shall maintain continuous audio and video recording of all proceedings at all times, with no judicial or official discretion to disable or interrupt such recordings, while permitting blurring of minor children’s faces or restricted private access to recordings during voir dire or equivalent sensitive matters to protect privacy as permitted under existing videography statutes.
